The Emergency Operations Coordinator (EOC), acting through the Police Department, is hereby authorized to remove, or have removed, any vehicle from a street when such vehicle is parked in violation of any parking ordinance or other provision of law and when such vehicle is interfering or about to interfere with snow plowing, salting or cindering or snow removal operations.
