286.05 ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS BY COUNCIL.

Council shall annually set aside, apportion and appropriate out of all taxes and income of the City, for the Officers' and Employees' Retirement Fund, a sum sufficient to maintain the compensation due under this chapter.
