945.03 DEFINITIONS.

(a) As used in Sections 945.03 to 945.08, the following words shall have the meanings given herein:

(1) "Other plants" means all other vegetation not included as trees and shrubs.

(2) "Park" means all public parks having individual names.

(3) "Person" includes firms, associations and corporations, and persons connected with such firms, associations and corporations.

(4) "Public street" means all the land lying within the dedicated width of all public streets, boulevards and all alleys.

(5) "Public places" means all other ground owned by the Village.

(6) "Trees and shrubs" means all woody vegetation.
