945.08 REMOVALS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

The Manager shall remove, or cause to be removed, all trees, shrubs or other plants, or parts thereof, upon the public streets, parks or public places within the Village, when such removal is beneficial to the public health and safety of the Village.
