§ 113.198 DANCING AND ENTERTAINMENT DURING CERTAIN HOURS.
   No dancing or entertainment shall be permitted in any cabaret or club cabaret between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time; provided, that the exceptions in the Michigan Liquor Control Act governing hours of operation on December 24 and 26 annually and the regulations of the State Liquor Control Commission governing hours of operation on January 1 shall prevail on the aforesaid dates.

§ 113.199 INSPECTION OF PREMISES BY AUTHORITIES.
   The operator or person in charge of any cabaret shall allow the portion of the cabaret or club cabaret which is open to the public to be inspected without a search warrant by the Police Department or other city departments for the purpose of enforcing any of the provisions of this subchapter, this code or any applicable ordinance of the city. Said inspections may occur at any time during the cabaret or club cabaret's regular business hours, when the cabaret or club cabaret is otherwise open for business, or as otherwise provided by law.

§ 113.200 LOCKED DOORS PROHIBITED.
   Any public entrances or exits in any cabaret governed by the provisions of this subchapter and the Fire Prevention Code shall not be locked during the hours of operation of said cabaret unless approval shall be granted by the Police Department, Fire Department and Building Department upon written application stating reasons acceptable to the Chief of Police, Fire Chief and Director of the Building Department, in their sole discretion; provided, that such approval shall not be used to impede or prevent the enforcement of any of the provisions of this subchapter or any applicable provision of this code, any applicable ordinance of the city, or the laws of the state. Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor.

§ 113.210 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BURLESQUE SHOWS and LIVE ENTERTAINMENT. The presentation of acts which are presented live for the enjoyment of the audience.
