(A) Any person who violates any provision of the site codes adopted in § 151.25 herein shall be subject to the following penalties:
(1) Violators of the state’s Building Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $1,000 for each offense.

(2) Violators of the state’s Standards of Safety shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000, imprisonment for not less than 60 days, or both for each offense.

(3) Violators of the state’s Plumbing Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both for each offense.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 151.01 through 151.12 and 151.25 through 151.27 or fails to conform to any provision of these sections, or fails to obey any order of any officer charged with the enforcement of the provisions of these sections in relation to matters or things herein contained shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A violation of these provisions shall also constitute a civil offense and shall subject the offender to a civil penalty not to exceed $500 to be recovered by the city in a civil action in the nature of a debt if the offender does not pay the penalty within the prescribed period of time set by the city after having been cited for the ordinance violation. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) Any person, firm, or corporation being the owner or having control or use of any building or premises who violates any of the provisions of §§ 151.60 through 151.67 shall be guilty of a civil offense and shall be fined not in excess of $100 for each offense. Each day such violation is permitted to exist after notification shall constitute a separate offense.

(D) (1) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 151.60 through 151.67, or fails to conform to any of the provisions of §§ 151.60 through 151.67, or fails to obey any order of any officer charged with the enforcement of the provisions of §§ 151.60 through 151.67 in relation to matters or things herein contained shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(2) If an individual is found to be in violation of the provisions of §§ 151.60 through 151.68, appeals may be made in accordance with the established procedures of the city.
