(A) (1) The state’s Building Code, as contained in the Kentucky Administrative Regulations Title 815, Chapter 7, being 815 KAR 7:120 et seq.; the state’s Plumbing Code, as contained in the Kentucky Administrative Regulations Title 815, Chapter 20, being 815 KAR 20:010 et seq.; and the Kentucky Standards of Safety, as contained in the Kentucky Administrative Regulations Title 815, Chapter 10, being 815 KAR 10:060 et seq., together with any amendments, are adopted by reference as if fully set forth in this code.
(2) Copies of the above codes and any amendments thereto shall be placed on file in the office of the City Clerk where they shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours.
(B) The Louisville Metro Building Inspector shall be designated as the local enforcement agent for the state’s Building Code.
