(A) All alternate energy installations must be performed by a qualified installer.
(B) Prior to operation, electrical connections must be inspected and approved by the Metro Louisville code enforcement and Electrical Inspector.
(C) Any connection to the public utility grid must be inspected and approved by the appropriate public utility.
(D) Alternate energy systems shall be maintained in good working order.
(E) All alternate energy system components shall meet state’s fire prevention and building code standards.
