§ 154.111 SCOPE OF APPLICATION.
   The resource protection standards set forth in this subchapter shall apply pursuant to § 154.035 through 154.038 to all improvements and subdivisions of land identified in § 154.004, in addition to the requirements for lot area, height, frontage and yards set forth in the zoning code.
