§ 154.022 DETERMINATION OF COMPLETENESS OF APPLICATION.
   Within five working days of receipt of an application for approval of a concept plan, construction plans, a preliminary plat or a final plat, as the case may be, the City Manager and the Village Engineer shall determine if the application is complete. If the application is complete and the filing fees paid, it shall be reviewed in accordance with the terms of the applicable sections of this chapter. If the City Manager or the Village Engineer determines that the application is incomplete, the applicant shall be notified in writing of the deficiencies of the application. For the purposes of this section completeness shall mean that all required documentation has been submitted; it shall not mean that the application conforms to the standards of § 154.095 through 154.103, 154.110 through 154.116, 154.120 through 154.123, 154.130 through 154.134, 154.140 through 154.143, and 154.150 through 154.154.
