§ 154.103 SITE GRADING.
   (A)   Contour map. When site grading other than roadway excavation is proposed within a subdivision, a contour map shall be prepared showing the confines of the area to be graded and the proposed and existing contours within the area. All site grading must take place within the clearable land area calculated pursuant to the provisions of § 154.110 through 154.116.
   (B)   Regraded areas.
      (1)   All regraded areas shall be reseeded upon completion of the grading and topsoil shall be added as the village shall determine to be necessary. All areas shall be seeded with a class II mixture and fertilizer. The developer should also give consideration to restoring select areas with natural growths of wild flowers, ground cover, or similar material.
      (2)   Steep slopes, greater than three to one (3:1) shall be restored by means of sod or suitable ground cover.
   (C)   Erosion control plan. Prior to starting any site or roadway grading operations, an erosion control plan, if one is required, prepared in accordance with the standards set forth in Chapter 153 of (Soil Erosion and Sediment Control) must be on file and approved by the village.
