All subdivisions in the village shall comply with the minimum standards set forth in this chapter, the zoning code and all other applicable regulations of the village. All land improvements proposed in a subdivision, including building areas of lots, streets, storm drainage, public utilities, sewers, site grading, and the like shall be constructed within the clearable land area calculated pursuant to § 154.110 through 154.116 and the appendix to this chapter.
