The owner of designated resource protection areas may plant trees or ground cover as provided in § 154.142(A)(2) and create natural walking paths to enjoy the habitats of birds and other wildlife. Owners are prohibited from locating any structure, principal or accessory, within a designated resource protection area. In no event shall designated resource protection areas be developed except as provided in this subchapter.
