(A) Any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the notices or cease and desist provisions of §§ 94.02 through 94.04 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not more than $150. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day beyond the ten day cure period upon which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person who violates § 94.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each an every offense and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not more than $250.
(C) (1) Except as provided in division (C)(2) or (C)(3) of this section, any person violating any of the provisions of § 94.11 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and subject to a fine or penalty of not more than $150.
(2) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 94.11 for a second time during any 30-day period of time shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not more than $250.
(3) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 94.11 for a third time during any 30-day period of time shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not more than $500 for each offense.
(D) Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of, any of the provisions of § 94.15 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and on conviction shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not more than $150 for each offense. Each and every day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(E) Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of, any of the provisions of §§ 94.21 through 94.23 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and on conviction shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not more than $500 for each offense. Each and every day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(F) The City Solicitor is authorized, upon evidence of probable cause of violation, and to prevent future violation, to bring an action in a court of appropriate jurisdiction to enjoin violation of the provisions hereof.
