§ 94.02 PROHIBITIONS CONCERNING REFUSE, RUBBISH, AND MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (A)   Except as provided in § 94.04, it shall be unlawful and is declared to be a nuisance for any person to store, place, or allow to remain new or used building materials, scrap metal, refuse, or rubbish, on any premises within the corporate limits of the village, other than in completely enclosed buildings.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful and is declared to be a nuisance for any person to store, place or allow to remain motor vehicles in an inoperative condition or unlicensed motor vehicles and trailers, or automobile parts on any premises other than in completely enclosed buildings.
