§ 94.04 EXCEPTIONS.
   Notwithstanding the provisions of § 94.02, it shall be lawful for any person to place or store new or used building materials on any premises when such materials are to be used by the purchaser or owner in later construction on the same premises owned or controlled by such person; provided thatsuch materials shall not remain on the premises for a period of more than 30 days unless the construction or erection plan for the use of the materials has commenced; and provided further that such materials are used or consumed in the construction or removed from the premises within the period of four months from the time the materials are first placed on the premises. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to move any materials so stored or placed to another location within the village for the purpose of avoiding the intent of this section, except that any such materials may be moved to another premises when the same have been sold to a bona fide purchaser for value for such purchaser's own use.
