§ 51.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Anyone violating the provisions of §§ 51.01, 51.15, and 51.16 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

   (B)   For any violation of §§ 51.25 and 51.26 the party responsible shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation. Each day shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Anyone violating § 51.35 shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation.

   (D)   Any person violating the provisions of § 51.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day it remains in violation, it will be a separate offense.
