§ 51.15 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
   The city hereby adopts the rules and regulations of Sanitation District Number One of Campbell and Kenton Counties. A copy of these rules and regulations shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection.
