(A) There is hereby imposed a sewer tap-in fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for all persons making a tap-in to the Independence sewer system.
(B) The one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) tap-in fee shall be for the first unit in a building and, for buildings with more than one (1) dwelling or family unit, there shall be an additional tap-in fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each additional family unit over one (1).
