§ 51.16 APPROVAL OF SEWER SYSTEM PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION REQUIRED.
   All construction of a sewer system must be approved, prior to construction, by the city or its designated agent, and shall be constructed in accordance with the rules and regulations of Sanitation District One of Campbell and Kenton Counties, together with all applicable state and local laws, rules, and regulations.
