§ 51.02 SUITABLE TOILET FACILITIES.
   The owner of all houses, buildings or properties used for human occupancy, employment, recreation or other purposes, situated within the city and abutting on any street, alley or right-of-way on which there is now located a public sanitary sewer is hereby required, at his own expense, to install suitable toilet facilities therein and to connect such facilities directly with the proper public sewer in accordance with the rules and regulations of the city and Kenton County Sanitation District within ninety (90) days after date of official notice to do so, provided the public sewer, or combined sewer, is within five hundred (500) feet of the house, building, or property used for human occupancy, employment, recreation or other purposes.
