1366.03 FEE.

A $25.00 fee shall be charged for the registration of any property under this chapter. Should the owner or the person identified in Section 1366.02(a)(2) change, a $25.00 fee shall be charged for a new rental registration. No fee shall be charged for any annual rental registration where the owner or the person identified in Section 1366.02(a)(2) remains the same. (Ord. 2016- 80. Passed 12-13-16.)
