921.02 PERMIT FEE; BOND.

   Upon granting the permit required by Section 921.01, the Service Director may fix a fee therefor, or require a cash or surety bond, for private individuals or companies to insure satisfactory restoration of public property. "Satisfactory restoration," as used herein and which must be performed by all applicants, whether public utilities or private, shall include the use of grass sod for any restoration work on areas of public property where a grass lawn exists.
