Editor’s note:
In accordance with Ord. 24-15, building permit applications and construction documents submitted to the building official before August 9, 2024 shall be reviewed for compliance with the code in effect at the time of their submission. Revisions to building permit applications and construction documents submitted to the building official before August 9, 2024 may comply with the building code in effect when the original application and construction documents were submitted to the building official; provided that an applicant is not prohibited from complying with Ord. 24-15 instead of the building code in effect when a building permit application and plans were submitted to the building official.
