§ 113.03 REMOVAL OF REFUSE MATERIAL, DISPOSITION.

Said licensee shall, at least once each month, remove all refuse material not suitable for sale, and the same shall be disposed of in accordance with the direction of the Village Council and in a manner

satisfactory to it.
