   117.01   Prohibition of marijuana establishments
§ 117.01 PROHIBITION OF MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENTS.
   No marijuana establishments, as defined by the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act, Section 6.1, are permitted within the boundaries of the village.
