§ 51.13 THEFT OF SERVICE.

No person or owner shall divert in any manner the utility system of the town for the use of their habitation or commercial business, without first entering into a contract with the town. No person or owner shall in any manner damage the utility system of the town. Any violation of this chapter constitutes theft of service and damage to the utility system.
