§ 51.09 WATER SERVICE.
   When a person desires to be supplied water service by the town, an application for service form shall be filled out and properly executed. Such application shall constitute a service contract between the customer and the town and shall continue in effect until canceled by either party. Should the customer desire to discontinue service, an application for termination of service form shall be filled out and properly executed. The utility service will be governed by the utility service regulations as adopted and amended from time to time by the Town Council.
