A. Traffic signals and other traffic safety and control devices are exempt from the requirements of this title.
B. Historic streetlights are exempt from the requirements of this chapter. Historic street lighting must, to the extent possible, utilize and orient the lighting so as to accommodate the aesthetic values of the surrounding area while minimizing light trespass.
C. Low amperage decorative lighting used to illuminate pedestrian pathways and walking malls are exempt from the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 2889, 1-24-2000)
