ADOPTING ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE NO. 2261
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CODIFICATION AND REVISION OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HELENA, MONTANA, PRESENTLY CODIFIED IN TITLES I THROUGH XII OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF HELENA, MONTANA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HELENA, MONTANA:
Section 1. That Titles I through XII of the existing Helena Municipal Code are hereby codified and revised into Titles I through XII of the Municipal Code of the City of Helena, Montana, 1979.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its second passage by the Helena City Commission.
Section 3. Ordinance No. 2138 of the City of Helena is hereby repealed.
Section 4. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance, the 1962 codification of the City of Helena ordinances shall be in no further force and effect.
Section 5. That upon the effective date of this Ordinance, a copy of the Code Book adopted hereby shall be kept in the office of the Clerk of the Helena City Commission.
