A. All existing street lighting fixtures not otherwise exempt that are in violation of this chapter are permitted as nonconforming street lighting until fixtures are replaced. Any replacement of a fixture on a nonconforming streetlight must comply with this title. Historic streetlights may be repaired or replaced with nonconforming fixtures without losing nonconforming status.
B. The city manager shall submit an updated plan with regular updates to the city commission for its approval to bring street lighting fixtures into compliance with the requirements of this title. (Ord. 3119, 12-7-2009)
