7-5-12: APPLICATION OF CHAPTER:

This chapter shall apply to all future construction, curb cuts, driveway aprons, and sidewalk driveway crossings in the city. Presently existing construction in the process or contracted for presently are exempt from the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1937, 10-7-1974)
