7-5-7: ALLOWABLE CURB CUT LENGTHS:
   A.   In single-family residence districts (R-1, R-2) the maximum curb cut length shall be twenty four feet (24') and shall be located in accordance with city specifications or drawings.
   B.   In medium density residential districts (R-3) the maximum curb cut length shall not exceed thirty feet (30') and shall be located in accordance with city specifications or drawings. The minimum distance between curb openings shall be twenty five feet (25').
   C.   The residential-office, neighborhood business, highway business, central business and commercial-light manufacturing districts the maximum curb cut length shall not exceed forty feet (40') and shall be located in accordance with city specifications and drawings. The minimum distance between curb openings shall be twenty five feet (25').
   D.   In all allowable curb cut lengths, no curb cut shall be less than twelve feet (12').
   E.   Frontage of sixty feet (60') or less shall be limited to one curb cut with not more than two (2) curb cuts to be provided to any single tract or business establishment, except where the property frontage exceeds six hundred feet (600'). (Ord. 1937, 10-7-1974)
