2-1-1: LICENSES REQUIRED:

No person shall be engaged in, prosecute or carry on any trade, business or profession within the corporate limits of the city for which a license may be required by this title until he shall first have obtained a license therefor as herein provided. (1983 Code § 5.04.010)
