A. Fees: All graves must be opened by the city, and all interments will be subject to the charges as may be set from time to time by resolution of the city council. (1983 Code § 2.24.130)
B. Removal Of Bodies: When a body is to be removed from one part of the cemetery to another part of the cemetery or to another place of interment, a permit must be obtained from the mayor prior to such removal. (1983 Code § 2.24.120)
C. Transfer From Other Burial Grounds: In all cases where bodies are brought from other burial grounds for interment, the same proceedings must be had before burial as provided in section 6-6-2 of this chapter. (1983 Code § 2.24.110)
