§ 151.001 ENACTMENT CLAUSE.
   In pursuance of the authority conferred by G.S. Chapter 153A, Article 18 and other general statutes relating to building safety and maintenance, now therefore, the Board of Commissioners of the county does ordain and enact into law this chapter.
