§ 32.06 APPEAL OF DISMISSAL.
   Any Police Reserve officer desiring to appeal his dismissal may do so by giving written notice to the City Manager within ten days after receiving his notice of dismissal. Upon receipt of a notice of appeal, the City Manager shall rule on the appeal. His decision shall be final.

§ 32.07 SUBJECT TO RULES AND REGULATIONS OF POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   Police Reserve officers shall be subject to and governed by the rules and regulations of the Police Department of the city, and the Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education of the State of Texas. No Police Reserve officer may be appointed by the Chief of Police prior to issuance of a Qualification Certificate to such individual by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education.

§ 32.08 COMPENSATION.
   Police Reserve officers shall serve without monetary compensation from the city.

§ 32.09 UNIFORMS, WEAPONS, AND THE LIKE.
   Police Reserve officers will be required to provide their own uniforms, weapons, and handcuffs, badge, and cap device. Uniforms will be as prescribed by the regulations for city police officers.
