§ 32.02 APPOINTMENT; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Police Reserve officers appointed pursuant to § 32.01 of this subchapter shall have all the powers, rights, and authorities vested in city police officers while they are on duty or when called upon to perform duties by the Chief of Police.
