§ 1-707.   Penalties.
   1.   Determining Violations of Charter. Determination of violation of the Charter shall be made by the Council for elected and appointed officers and officials and by the Manager for employees subject to his direction. (see Charter § 6.06 - Penalty for Violation of Charter.)
   2.   Conforming to Crimes Code. All penalties provided shall be in accordance with the Crimes Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. (see Charter § 6.09 - Penalties.) [Ord. 551]
