KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
Section 6.06 Penalty for Violation of Charter.
Any elected official, officer, or employee who knowingly and willfully violates any of the provisions of this charter shall be dismissed from his/her office or employment.
