Any person who by himself or with others willfully violated any of the provisions of sections 6.04, 6.07, 6.08, or 6.09 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable under the provisions of the Crimes Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or succeeding Pennsylvania criminal law. Any person convicted under this section shall be ineligible for a period of five years thereafter to hold any Township office or position and, if an elected official, officer, or employee of the Township, shall immediately forfeit his/her office or position. 2
