§ 35.07 COURT COSTS AND THE LIKE.
   In the event that the town prevails in any litigation instituted by the town in order to enforce ordinances hereinafter referenced, the town is entitled to recover, in addition to any fine(s) imposed, court costs and costs of litigation, including reasonable attorney fees.

§ 35.08 ADDITIONAL PENALTIES.
   This chapter provides penalties which are additional and alternative to previously enacted penalties for ordinance violations. The town may proceed under the penalty schedule hereinafter set forth or under previously enacted ordinances. Future ordinances may include a provision for a penalty payable to resolve violations through the Ordinance Violations Bureau.

§ 35.09 FEE SCHEDULE.
   (A)   The following schedule of ordinances shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ordinance Violations Bureau, with violations of each said ordinance being subject to the civil penalty there set forth.
   (B)   If two penalties are listed in the schedule for a given violation, the first-listed shall be imposed if there is no other (adjudicated or admitted) instance of the same violation by the same person currently recorded in the files of the town’s Police Department; otherwise, the second-listed penalty will be imposed.

§ 35.10 MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS.
   Violations which persist for more than one day may be considered as a series of separate violations, one for each calendar day of their persistence, beginning on the day when the first notice of violation (“ticket”) is issued therefor.
