The Town Marshal, deputy marshals, special deputies, reserve police officers, Parks Manager, and Pool Supervisor shall hereby all be duly authorized to issue uniform notices of violation (“tickets”) upon having good cause to believe that a violation of one of the ordinances listed herein has occurred.
