The Town Marshal, deputy marshals, special deputy, reserve police officers, Building Inspector, and Code Enforcement Officer shall hereby all be duly authorized to issue uniform notices of violation (“tickets”) upon having good cause to believe that a violation of one of the ordinances listed herein has occurred.
