(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999.
(B) Use of tobacco product by minors; prohibition. A violation of § 134.004 constitutes a municipal civil infraction, punishable by a fine of $50 for the first offense and $100 for each additional offense within one year.

(C) Curfew.
(1) Any person over 17 years of age, any firm or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 134.020 through 134.027 shall upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $500 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both a fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
(2) Any minor under 17 years of age, subject to the jurisdiction of the juvenile division of the probate court, shall be dealt with in the manner prescribed by the laws of the state.

(E) Sale of liquor.

(2) Any minor-child or other person willfully violating the provisions of § 134.057 hereof shall be guilty of misdemeanor and upon conviction be punished by a fine not to exceed $100 or by imprisonment in the Wayne County Jail not to exceed 90 days or both a fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.

(F) Sale of model glue. Any person or minor over the age of 16 violating any provisions of §§ 134.070 through 134.074 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment in the Wayne County Jail not to exceed 90 days or both a fine and imprisonment. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as that hereunder. Any minor under the age of 17 years of age violating any of the provisions of §§ 134.070 through 134.074 shall be dealt with in accordance with juvenile court laws and procedures.

(G) Movie theaters. Any child who shall violate the provisions of §§ 134.100 through 134.104 shall be considered as committing a delinquent act. Any person over 17 years of age violating the provisions §§ 134.100 through 134.104 shall have committed a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100 or imprisonment for not less than ten days, nor more than 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the court.

(H) Abandoned ice boxes and refrigerators. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 134.115 and 134.116 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not exceeding $100 or by imprisonment for not in excess of 90 days. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as that thereunder.

(I) Street trades. Any person of the age of 17 years or more who violates any of the provisions of §§ 134.130 through 134.133 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by both a fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. Any child under the age of 17 years who violated any of the provisions of §§ 134.130 through 134.133 shall be deemed a delinquent child and shall be dealt with as a juvenile delinquent.
