§ 134.100 PROHIBITING CHILDREN IN THEATERS AND OTHER PLACES OF AMUSEMENT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any theater owner, moving picture operator, theater licensee, operator, manager, employee, parent or guardian to permit any child under the age of 16 years unaccompanied by a parent or guardian or an adult in whose care or custody the parent or guardian has placed the child, to remain in any theater, moving picture show or other place of amusement within the city after the hour of 9:30 p.m.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any theater owner, moving picture operator, theater license, operator, manager or employee to permit any male minor under the age of 18 years or any female minor under the age of 21 years, to be admitted to or to be permitted to remain in any theater, moving picture show or any other place of amusement within the city between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and it shall be unlawful for any male minor under the age of 24 years to apply for admission or to remain in any theater, moving picture show or any other place of amusement within the city between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any theater owner, moving picture operator, theater licensee, operator, manager or employee, parent or guardian to permit any child under the age of 16 years to remain in any theater, moving picture show or other place of amusement within the city between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. except during school vacation periods and on school vacation days.
