§ 134.056 POSSESSION OF LIQUOR BY MINOR.
   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to purchase, consume or knowingly possess any alcoholic liquor on any public place or on private property or place or to knowingly possess, transport or have under his or her control in any motor vehicle any alcoholic liquor, unless the person is employed by a licensee under the Michigan Liquor Control Code of 1998 and is possessing, transporting or having the alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle under his or her control during regular, working hours and in the course of his or her employment.
