It shall be unlawful for a minor to be on the public streets, playgrounds, vacant lots or other unsupervised place if the minor is under 18 years of age, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. except Fridays and Saturdays, when the time for minors 16 and 17 years of age shall be between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
