It shall be the duty of the manager or owner of any theater or motion picture show to make a reasonable effort to see that the provisions of this subchapter are carried out. By complying with the list of suggestions as given in this section, any theater owner or manager shall have made his or her contribution to the effectiveness of this subchapter.
(A) The theater schedule should be so arranged that a complete show is finished before 9:30 p.m.
(B) The theater should warn all children who seek to enter after the feature picture has started that they will have to leave when the show is completed.
(C) The theater should by, flashing a slide or running a trailer notice on the screen (before lighting the theater) urge all children to leave after the performance.
(D) The theater may be lighted for a period not less than one minute at the end of the completed show sometime between 9:00 and 9:30 p. m.
(E) The theater should have its ushers see that children do not remain in the theater after 9:30 p.m.
(F) The theater shall use reasonable judgment in deciding whether or not a child is under 16 years of age.
