§ 37.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates the provisions of this chapter, for which another penalty is not provided, shall be fined not more than $1,000.
   (B)   Whoever violates the provisions of § 37.003 shall be fined not more than $500.
   (C)   Violating the provisions of § 37.008 shall subject the offending employee, police officer or firefighter to be discharged from employment and to a fine of $2,500 for each violation.
   (D)   Any person who violates § 37.010 of this chapter shall be fined $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second offense and have their employment with the city terminated for the third offense.
