(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Each of the following sections from §§ 132.01 through 132.04 and 132.15 through 132.18 shall be deemed to state a misdemeanor or misdemeanors which, if severally or jointly committed by any person or persons or corporation within the territorial jurisdiction of said city, shall subject the offender or offenders severally to a penalty, upon conviction, of not less than $3 nor more than $200 for each offense; provided, where more than one offense is stated in a section, the offended thereof shall be liable to only one penalty.

(C) Any person violating § 132.19(B) shall be fined the sum of $100 for the first offense and $200 for the second offense and each offense thereafter.
